The Cascadeteq domestic PS RAM chip CSS6404L supports SPI/QPI dual-mode switching,with a single power supply range covering 2.7V to 3.6V and compatibility with common low-voltage logic levels.In terms of performance,the chip achieves a clock rate of up to 133MHz in 32-byte burst mode at 3.0V±10%;if the power supply is 3.3V±10%,the burst rate is 109MHz,and the linear burst rate is 84MHz.This flexibility allows engineers to configure according to power stability and bandwidth requirements.This domestic PS RAM has a storage organization of 8M×8 bits,with an address line width of 22 bits and a page size of 1024 bytes.It also features a built-in self-refresh mechanism,eliminating the need for external intervention.
The domestic PSRAM CSS6404L is available in two versions:a standard temperature range(-40°C to+85°C)and an extended range(-40°C to+105°C),with the latter being particularly suitable for outdoor or high-temperature enclosed environments.The maximum standby current of the Cascadeteq domestic PSRAM chip is only 350μA at 105°C,decreasing to 250μA at 85°C.Its unique Halfsleep™semi-sleep mode maintains a typical current of only 100μA at 25°C,which is particularly beneficial for long-term standby devices such as portable recorders,sensor nodes,etc.Whether it's the main control cache for smart homes,the display frame memory for industrial HMIs,or the log buffer for in-vehicle aftermarket devices,this 64Mb Cascadeteq domestic PSRAM chip strikes a balance between performance,power consumption,and cost.
