ADX3224,ADX3226 and ADX3228 are high-performance 8-channel synchronous sampling 24-bitΔσhigh-speed ADC series chips in the industry,which are specially developed for industrial high-precision signal acquisition scenarios.This series of chips is highly integrated,with a programmable gain amplifier(PGA),a precise internal reference and an on-board oscillator.A stable and efficient analog front-end acquisition system can be built without a large number of peripheral circuits.
 

As a high-speed ADC product with high precision and high synchronization,it has a wide dynamic acquisition range,a flexibly configurable data rate and a built-in fault detection and monitoring mechanism,which perfectly adapts to core scenarios such as industrial power supply monitoring,power protection and precision test and measurement.At the same time,the high-speed ADC chip is equipped with a high-impedance input interface,which can directly connect with mainstream sensing devices such as resistance divider network,voltage transformer,current transformer and Rogowski coil,greatly simplifying the hardware design process and reducing the overall research and development cost and volume power consumption of the equipment.
 

①Channel and accuracy:8 independent differential input channels,supporting 24-bit synchronous sampling,ensuring that the multiphase power signal or the phase information of the sensor array is not distorted.

②Flexible configuration of throughput:two working modes,high-speed and low-speed,are provided,and the data rate is adjustable.High-speed mode supports up to 64kSPS,while low-speed mode covers 500SPS to 32kSPS,which is suitable for all kinds of scenarios from DC slowly changing signals to power frequency harmonic analysis.

③Wide power supply and signal range:the analog part of high-speed ADC supports unipolar(3V to 5V)or bipolar(±1.65V to±2.5V)power supply,which is convenient for DC coupling connection;The power supply range of digital interface is 1.8V to 3.6V,which is compatible with mainstream low-power logic levels.

④Programmable Gain Amplifier(PGA):The ADC analog-to-digital converter has built-in gain options of 1,2,4,8,12,24 and 48 times,allowing direct matching with the output of sensors with different sensitivities such as resistor divider network,current transformer or Rogowski coil,without external signal conditioning circuit.

⑤Packaging and temperature range:High-speed ADC provides two compact packaging options:10mm x 10mm QFP-64 and 8mm x 8mm BGA-64.The working temperature range covers-40 C to+105 C,which is suitable for harsh industrial field environment.
 

①Industrial power monitoring and protection:directly connect resistance voltage divider or voltage transformer to measure line voltage,and cooperate with current transformer or Rogowski coil to detect current,so as to realize an integrated scheme of relay protection and power quality analysis.

②Testing and measuring instruments:High dynamic range and extremely low crosstalk make it the preferred front end of data acquisition card and dynamic signal analyzer.
